Dear Rocky Mountain Enthusiast,

Thank you for the opportunity to talk with you about my dreams, visions, and plans for developing unique homes in Winter Park, Colorado.

For the first time in its history, the City of Denver, the owner of Winter Park, has brought in a private resort operator to manage the future of Winter Park.  Intrawest is the largest owner and operator of golf and ski resorts in the world and their Winter Park development plans are impressive and promising.

The time is right to invest in Winter Park, just as Intrawest launches the first phase of a 15-year Winter Park Development plan. With the guaranteed infusion of capital, creativity, and mastered skills from Intrawest, Winter Park will experience the type of energy and development that has propelled other Colorado Resorts in the last 20-30 years.

My preparation for Kodiak Mountain Lodges (KMLC) began twenty years ago in Beaver Creek, Colorado when I worked for the most creative individual I’ve ever known, Jim Moore.

Jim (pictured right) developed a unique program for joint ownership of mountain properties.  This program eliminates many of the fears of building and maintaining resort properties and reduces the cost of ownership.  I have updated that program for today’s current tax and financing laws.  This program insures that KMLC is going to design, build and manage your home to achieve optimal appreciation.

I have worked in Design and Construction my whole life.  My experience has been in the boardrooms of Corporate Real Estate Development in Washington DC, to Commercial and Residential Architecture and Residential Construction Management in Fort Collins, Colorado.

I am a husband to Holly and father of three boys Hunter (18), Tyler (16), and Travis (15).  We are a ‘skiing’, or should I say ‘ski/boarding’ family.  I am by training an Architect, by experience a Real Estate Developer and at heart a man of integrity.  I am a team builder and my team is made up of relationships that I have nurtured over the years.  I have been researching Winter Park for the last year, but I have been building my greatest resource, my friends and associates, for the last thirty years.

I recognize the enormous potential for Winter Park. I saw it in Beaver Creek twenty years ago and witnessed its fruition. Come dream with me.  Together we can enjoy a unique Rocky Mountains experience, watch Winter Park mature and have a great time along the way.

Sincerely,

Kodiak Mountain Lodges of Colorado
